When feeling stressed I light an aromatic candle, listen to a meditation, and breathe deeply. This automatically brings my stress and anxiety way down.
I have been trying yoga more recently and it really helps. I know it’s not the best coping mechanism but one way is by going on my phone. I also exercise to get my mind in a better place and I always am glad when I do.
It's so easy to let stress and anger build up inside of you in times of uneasiness. To blow off some steam I will go on a run and listen to my thoughts. I also will spend time with others because that is how I refuel, instead of dwelling in my own stressful thoughts.

I like to put on my headphones and listen to music really loud as I either go for a walk or go for a run. It helps distract me and calm me.
